We exist to address the critical gaps in Tier 2 child and adolescent mental health services. Our vision is to create a seamless, evidence-based, and family-centred hub that supports young people with complex presentations—particularly those with neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, and significant psychosocial challenges—enabling them and their families to thrive.
A True One-Stop Multidisciplinary Service. We move beyond fragmented care by bringing together child and youth psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and social workers under one roof. Your child receives a coordinated assessment and a unified treatment plan, crafted collaboratively by our experts.
We provide gold-standard, multidisciplinary assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disorders, following Australian clinical guidelines.
We offer individual, family, and group therapy programme for common and complex conditions, including trauma (C-PTSD), emotional dysregulation, self-harm, school refusal, and emerging personality concerns.
We run a renowned, adapted DBT-A program for teens with severe emotional dysregulation and self-harm, including specialised modules for youth with co-occurring neurodevelopmental disorders.
We offer programs like ‘Tuning into Kids,’ ‘Circle of Security,’ and parent-child psychotherapy, because supporting the family system is central to a child’s recovery.
This section guides visitors through the journey, from referral to ongoing care. We explain our process, what to bring, and how we involve the young person and family in every decision.
We accept referrals from GP, paediatricians, and other health providers for young people with suspected common and complex mental health or neurodevelopmental disorders. We prioritise clear communication and shared care.
In partnership with Monash University, we embed research and evaluation into our model from the outset. We are dedicated to advancing the evidence base for integrated youth mental healthcare and improving outcomes for our community.
